Talk about shots fired. In fairness, Jordan did shoot first. Michael Jordan was asked at his camp who would win in a one-on-one game with Lebron James and himself, and of course Jordan picked himself.

“I know it’s going to be all over ESPN. If I was in my prime, could I beat LeBron in a one-on-one game? No question.” – Michael Jordan

Jordan was being Jordan, so he had to add the “no question” at the end of his answer. That’s what competitors do. Lebron James however didn’t back down from the answer himself when he was asked the same question on Today’s Show Willie Geist.

“Oh, I take myself. I will take myself for sure. I’m going to take myself versus anybody. They’re going to have to have a few wheelchairs and a couple of ambulances there to get us off the floor.” – Lebron James

Lebron James showing off his competitive side as he picks himself over the greatest of all-time in a one-on-one game. It’s impossible to judge who would win in a game between the two superstars, but it would be extremely entertaining to watch no matter who wins. Though, it’s safe to assume Vegas would have their money on Jordan.
