The Chicago Bulls could not piece together a good run in the fourth quarter as they let the game slip away into a blowout. The Pistons beat the Bulls 114-91. Fred Hoiberg experimented a jumbo lineup that headlined Nikola Mirotic, Pau Gasol, and Joakim Noah. The Bulls simply couldĀ not get into a good rhythm but Moore and Portis showed glimpses of a good game.

Taj Gibson made his preseason debut just playing nine minutes as he shot 2-3 from the field for four points. McDermott continued his strong play from behind the arc as he made two three-pointers with 12 total points in the game.

The Bulls play the Hornets next on October 19th giving them a long break for rest.
