The 2016 NBA free agency has a few marquee names, one name in particular will be joining a new team this summer. Dwight Howard, four-time Defensive Player of the Year winner, has had a career filled with drama since his abrupt exit from Orlando. After making the Western Conference Finals with the Houston Rockets last year, Howard seems to be on his way out of Houston and could land in either Chicago or New York, according to the Inquisitr.

Although Dwight Howard comes with some baggage, it’s hard to deny he’s had tremendous success in the post-season with a few Conference Finals trips and an NBA Finals trip in 2009 with the Orlando Magic.

It seems a bit unclear what direction the Bulls will be headed this summer. Either a big free agent signing or a complete rebuild could be the next step for the Bulls. Howard, age 30, would fit the bill for aged stars the Bulls target, in years past.
