The Chicago Bulls faced off the Milwaukee Bucks for their preseason opener at the United Center. Bulls claimed the victory as they beat the Bucks 105-95. Jimmy Butler put on a performance as he scored 23 points with six assists in 25 minutes. Butler started off hot as he shot 6-11 with 16 points in the first half. Nikola Mirotic shared the spotlight with Jimmy Butler as he scored 18 points with eight rebounds in 24 minutes.

Bobby Portis and Doug McDermott produced off the bench. Portis struggled from the field but grabbed 14 rebounds. McDermott knocked down a couple three-pointers to give him 23 points. It wasn’t just Fred Hoiberg’s debut as the head coach, but it was also the Bulls debut of their new court at the United Center.

Jordan Crawford came off the bench in the fourth quarter to hit a few ridiculous three-pointers.
